Methodology (location-dependent)

• NYC: NYC 2017 Land Cover (6-inch, 8-class) + Planimetrics + MapPLUTO; HVI heat; NYC stormwater flood maps; NYS DAC + EJNYC.
• Fort Lauderdale: ESA WorldCover 10m (built-up class 50) minus MS Global Building Footprints; OSM highway/sidewalk/parking for core mask; CAPA 2021 surface temperature; DEM-derived stormwater proxy (fill + flow accum); UMiami canopy; CEJST disadvantaged communities.
